We been smok’n since the 70’s. Our home was the local BBQ joint in Central California. Today, we’re still a local BBQ joint, but we cater to the masses.  We still do things the same way our elders did back in the day. It is all about slow smok’n over a combination charcoal, peach and nectarine woods that make that meat oh so sweeeet. We still serve generous portions, and we still believe people should feel right at home when we cater their meal.
